Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Woman making a variety of dishes.

Here's my quick n' easy low carb recipe for some FIERY THAI CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS!! These wraps are soy-free, gluten-free and free from refined sugar, and take less than 15 minutes to make from prep to plate!

This recipe for chicken lettuce wraps is not only light and healthy, but very filling and SPICALICIOUS!! For the kiddos, or anyone that can’t take the heat, you can either omit the chilli portion or remove the seeds before cooking. Be careful not to touch your face or eyes after handling the chilli part, cuz it will feel like your face is on fire!

What I don’t recommend skipping on the lettuce wraps ingredients list are the basil leaves. Not only does the thinly sliced basil add extra delicious flavor to the lettuce wrap filling, but it also adds an extra health kick! This healthy herb has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

To make this low carb wrap recipe completely Whole30 or Keto/Paleo compliant, you can take out the pure maple syrup (but I think that’s the best part!). During my Whole30 diet, I made so many compliant dishes, but these wraps won the satiation award for me! Totally a fave then, and still a fave now.
