Angie is a healer whose positive energy is inspiring.
“I began my Pilates journey in Del Mar under the infamous Julian Littlefield, a former Martha Graham dancer and master Pilates teacher, as a compliment to my triathlon training. Upon retiring from sport and moving to LA, I first came to Angie by a referral from a good friend. Being a professional triathlete I travelled frequently and used pilates as a mandatory part of my training.
I fell out of Pilates for a few years - life happens - and by the time I met Angie my body was broken, unbalanced and I was in severe back pain. I followed her to Thalia Thomas' studio and rather quickly became part of their Pilates family. Besides being such an enjoyable and interesting person, Angie is a savage and would not allow me to ever drop the ball on her watch. She inherently knew that I meant all business and gradually increased the difficulty of my workouts that I began to heal and gain strength. If I was tired she would push me harder - she knows me well. Angie not only gives you the workout that you want, but what you need. Angie is a healer whose positive energy is inspiring.
