Ssamjang
Korean Dipping Sauce
Here it is! An easy homemade Ssamjang recipe. This Korean BBQ dipping sauce is so simple to make that it should take you just a few minutes to prepare if you have your ingredients ready.
Ssamjang (“Ssam” means “wrap” and “jang” means “sauce”) is what Koreans use to add a tasty little kick to their lettuce wraps. But, this Korean dipping sauce can be used for so much more…
I always keep some Ssamjang sauce in my fridge to use for dipping fresh veggies, using with lettuce wraps and homemade K-BBQ dishes like Kalbi, Bulgogi or just some fried tofu.
Whip up this spicy dip with your crudités platter for your next party, and your guests will definitely be asking for more.
This is also the perfect Korean dipping sauce for meat and Korean pancakes.
Happy Dipping!!
