Ssamjang

Korean Dipping Sauce

Here it is! An easy homemade Ssamjang recipe. This Korean BBQ dipping sauce is so simple to make that it should take you just a few minutes to prepare if you have your ingredients ready.

Ssamjang (“Ssam” means “wrap” and “jang” means “sauce”) is what Koreans use to add a tasty little kick to their lettuce wraps. But, this Korean dipping sauce can be used for so much more…

I always keep some Ssamjang sauce in my fridge to use for dipping fresh veggies, using with lettuce wraps and homemade K-BBQ dishes like Kalbi, Bulgogi or just some fried tofu.
