This golden milk drink is one of my personal favorites because the golden milk spice mix ingredients are easily found in most grocery stores, and it’s the perfect health drink before bed.

I made this extra special with cinnamon and dried rose petals as my beautiful bestie, Hana, was over. We had our usual share of crying laugh attacks, pigouts until we passed out, and she graciously posed her gorgeous hands for a few food styling shoots…what a friend!! But seriously, aren’t her nail beds beyond perfect?! Mine would look like bear cub claws or piglet hooves…

- Bring your milk to a slight boil and reduce heat to sim
- Add your turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, ginger
- Stir together
- Dissolve your honey
- Use a hand frother to blend for about 10 seconds
- Pour, garnish and ENJOY!
